- Sound knowledge of software installation and configuration
- Proficiency in basic troubleshooting techniques
- Troubleshooting and Resolution of hardware & software issues through telephonic & remote tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with customer service principles and practices
- Willing to travel as per project requirement
Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues
- Provide hands-on technical support to customers, including software installation and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with product development and quality assurance teams to identify and resolve software issues
