Responsibilities
Manual Testing :
Manual Testing :
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Conduct testing of our hardware/device to ensure functionality and quality.
- Identify, document, and track software and hardware defects clearly and concisely.
- Collaborate with development to resolve issues efficiently.
- Assist in developing and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Execute automated test suites and analyze results.
- Contribute to automation strategy improvements.
- Investigate reported issues, provide clear explanations, and escalate as necessary.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure feedback is addressed.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in manual software testing.
- Experience with hardware testing or quality assurance for physical products.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies and processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially for customer interaction.
- Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e. g., Jira).
- Ability to work effectively in an agile team environment.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools.
- Proficiency in a scripting or programming language.
- Experience with API testing.
- Basic understanding of Web3 and the Crypto space.
