Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform manual and automation testing for web and backend applications.
• Execute and maintain functional, API, and regression testing.
• Develop and maintain test scripts using tools like Selenium.
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements.
• Document defects and ensure timely resolution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in testing processes.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in manual testing and automation frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver for automation.
• Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman or RestAssured.
• Understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect life cycle management.
• Familiarity with test case management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
