As a Testing Engineer, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products by leading manual, API, and automation testing efforts. Your technical expertise in testing methodologies, automation frameworks, and industry best practices will help drive our product excellence forward. You will serve as a key technical point of contact between development teams and quality assurance, ensuring seamless collaboration, thorough testing, and timely delivery of reliable.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct systematic manual testing on Card Payment platforms (Switch, CMS, POS, ATM)
• Prepare and review detailed test scripts and specifications
• Log defects, report issues, and track resolution progress
• Perform load testing and monitor results using JMeter
• Maintain test data, follow testing methodologies, and ensure high-quality releases
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes quickly, and support problem resolution
• Produce test reports and ensure thorough documentation
  
  

Technical Skills & Qualifications

• B.Sc in IT, CS, Engineering (preferred), MCA, or relevant graduation.
• Min 3 years of manual testing experience
• Strong knowledge of Unix, Unix commands, and flat file structures
• Experience with test management tools like Jira, Bugzilla
• Knowledge of performance, API, and database testing (MySQL, PL/SQL)
• Exposure to Payment Card Industry standards and certifications preferred
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
