Overview

Job Title: Test Lead – Finacle / Oracle FCCM

Location: Trivandrum
Experience Required: 5 – 10 Years
Travel Requirement: Open to Onsite Travel -GCC

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a testing team of at least 5+ members for end-to-end retail banking applications.
• Design and execute functional and integration testing strategies across various modules like CASA, Fixed Deposits, Payments, Treasury, and Savings.
• Execute API Testing with in-depth analysis beyond simple triggering, ensuring complete coverage and validation.
• Handle client reporting and communication at the Manager Level.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align testing with project goals.
• Possess theoretical understanding of automation frameworks and tools, assisting in automation adoption and strategy.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong experience in Retail Banking Domain Testing, especially in Core Banking Systems.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle FCCM and Finacle platforms.
• Deep understanding of testing life cycle, defect management, and quality assurance standards.
• Exposure to automation concepts and tools (at least at a theoretical level).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in managing a distributed QA team.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability and willingness to travel onsite for short or long-term assignments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹408,550.62 - ₹2,546,878.10 per year
