Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Test Lead with 7 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Web App Test Metrics and Reporting SNOW Testing Tools and Frameworks Manual E2E BPA Rally HP ALM Jira and Basic Programming. This role requires a proactive individual who can work in a hybrid model and contribute to our regulatory compliance projects. The position does not require travel and operates during day shifts.

Responsibilities
- Lead the testing efforts for web applications ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Oversee the creation and execution of test plans and test cases for various projects.
- Provide detailed test metrics and reporting to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
- Utilize SNOW for tracking and managing testing activities and incidents.
- Implement and manage testing tools and frameworks to streamline the testing process.
- Conduct manual end-to-end business process automation testing to ensure system functionality.
- Coordinate with teams using Rally HP ALM and Jira for effective project management and tracking.
- Apply basic programming skills to create and maintain automated test scripts.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines in all testing activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects and issues.
- Mentor and guide junior testers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies for better efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and gather requirements.
- Possess a strong background in web application testing and quality assurance.
- Demonstrate proficiency in test metrics and reporting tools.
- Have hands-on experience with SNOW for incident and test management.
- Be skilled in various testing tools and frameworks.
- Show expertise in manual end-to-end business process automation testing.
- Be familiar with project management tools like Rally HP ALM and Jira.
- Have basic programming knowledge for test automation purposes.
- Experience in regulatory compliance is a plus.
- Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
