About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented TSE - QA to join our growing team in Udaipur. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with minimal experience who are eager to kickstart their career in tech support and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in testing software applications and reporting bugs.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure product quality.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues reported by users.
• Document test cases, results, and support tickets clearly and accurately.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients.

Requirements:

• Fresher or up to 3 months of relevant project/internship experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of QA processes and software testing (preferred but not mandatory).
• Quick learner with a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
