
Overview
Responsibilities:
• Requirements Gathering and Documentation:
o Work closely with clients to gather detailed business requirements related to airline
o Document requirements accurately and comprehensively, ensuring clarity and completeness.
o Create detailed functional specifications, process flows, and other relevant documentation.
o Obtain formal sign-off from clients on all documented requirements.
• Offshore Collaboration:
o Effectively collaborate with clients from an offshore location, ensuring seamless communication and project delivery.
o Conduct regular meetings and discussions with clients to discuss requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns.
o Maintain clear and consistent communication channels to ensure client satisfaction.
• Domain Expertise:
o Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in airline messaging.
o Advise on process improvements if any
• Problem Solving:
o Analyse client problems and provide effective solutions.
o Identify risks and provide mitigation strategies.
Required Skills and Experience:
• Knowledge of Airline domain.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients.
• Excellent documentation skills, with the ability to create clear and concise functional specifications and process flows.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an offshore environment.
• Proficient in using relevant business analysis tools and software.
• Ability to manage time, and tasks, effectively.
