Position : Senior Software Engineer.

Your Role

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and deploying reliable, secure, and scalable services in a multi-tenant environment.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• End-to-End Ownership : Lead the entire lifecycle of services, including design, development, testing, debugging, rollout, and enhancements.
• Building Scalable Applications : Develop high-performance, scalable, and extensible applications.
• Technical Design : Analyze requirements, design efficient solutions, and implement them effectively.
• Team Leadership : Work as an individual contributor or manage a small team as needed.
• Code Excellence : Conduct code and design reviews, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement.
• Innovation : Introduce new technologies and frameworks to improve scalability, reliability, and security.
• Agility : Thrive in an agile environment, delivering high-quality software solutions.
  
  

What Were Looking For

• Experience : Minimum 4 years of hands-on software development experience, with a strong foundation in Core Java and scalable application design.
• Passion for Problem Solving : A drive to design scalable solutions for complex challenges.
• Programming Expertise : Advanced skills in Core Java with at least 4 years of hands-on experience.
  
  

Technical Proficiency

• Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• Experience designing and implementing RESTful web services.
• Proficiency in debugging and optimizing concurrent, multi-threaded applications.
• Expertise in AWS cloud resources, Linux/Unix environments, and bash scripting.
• Hands-on experience with databases, CI/CD concepts, and GitHub best practices.
• Knowledge of memory optimization, fixing memory leaks, and GC tuning.
• Ability to guide engineers in adopting best practices and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Prior experience as a technical consultant for solutioning and implementation is a plus.
