Overview
Job Title: UI Developer
- Overview: We are seeking a talented UI Developer to join our dynamic team. The primary objective of this role is to create engaging, user-friendly interfaces that enhance user experience across our web applications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in front-end technologies, with a keen eye for design and collaboration skills to work closely with UX/UI designers and back-end developers.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement high-quality, responsive web applications using modern front-end technologies.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate visual designs and wireframes into functional interfaces.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
- Integrate RESTful APIs to connect front-end components with back-end services.
- Utilize version control systems (Git) for source code management and collaboration.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Keep up to date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Experience with frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Familiarity with UI frameworks like Bootstrap and Tailwind CSS.
- Strong understanding of REST API integration and handling asynchronous requests.
- Capability to design and implement responsive web layouts.
- Knowledge of debugging tools and profiling for performance optimization.
- Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience as a UI Developer or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous web projects and design implementations.
- Skills & Experience:
- Proficient in using design handoff tools such as Figma and Adobe XD.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices.
- Experience with cross-browser compatibility testing and solutions.
- Familiarity with the Jinja framework is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
