UI Developer (React & JavaScript)

Job Summary

Synechron is seeking a talented UI Developer to design, develop, and optimize intuitive and responsive user interfaces for our digital solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into engaging, efficient, and maintainable frontend applications. This role is instrumental in delivering enhanced user experiences that drive customer engagement and support the organization’s digital transformation goals.

Software Requirements

Required Software Skills:

• Proficiency in React.js (version 16 or later)
• Strong HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+) skills
• Experience with frontend build tools such as Webpack, Babel, npm/Yarn
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git
• Knowledge of REST APIs and integration with backend services
  
  

Preferred Software Skills:

• Experience with TypeScript
• Familiarity with UI component libraries like Material-UI, Ant Design, or Bootstrap
• Exposure to testing frameworks such as Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for frontend deployment
  
  

Overall Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Develop clean, efficient, and scalable React-based user interface components and applications
• Participate in code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure code quality and maintainability
• Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and accessibility across devices
• Conduct troubleshooting and resolve technical issues promptly
• Stay abreast of emerging frontend technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices
• Mentor junior developers and share knowledge to foster continuous team growth

• Experience working closely with cross-functional teams in Agile environments
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver results within deadlines

• Translate business requirements into React components and modules
• Write, test, and maintain clean, modular code

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Certifications in React, JavaScript, or frontend development are a plus
