Overview
- Excellent leadership skills with more than 8 years of experience in IT.
- Proven architectural exposure in building and scaling frontend solutions in an eCommerce environment.
- Work closely with offshore and onsite teams to deliver cohesive and high-quality outcomes.
- Own and manage the technical direction of our frontend stack, ensuring that it aligns with business needs and long-term goals.
- Experience in technologies like Shopify, NextJS, React, GraphQL. Advanced knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frontend tooling (Webpack, Babel, etc.,)
- Provide guidance and mentorship to developers, helping them grow in their technical expertise.
- Optimize web performance across multiple devices and browsers, ensuring fast load times and smooth interactions.
- Willing to adapt to changes and support team members collaboratively dealing with disagreements constructively.
- Understanding of conversion optimization, A/B testing, and analytics tools for eCommerce websites.
- Good to have some experience with cloud-based technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
