Overview
Role Description.
UI Design:.
- Design and develop intuitive UI/UX for web and mobile applications.
- User research to identify pain points, behaviors, and needs.
- Develop personas and user journey maps to guide design decisions.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and smooth implementation.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and refine designs.
- Take ownership of product brainstorming, user research, interaction design, and visual design.
- Knowledge of Google Material Design and Apple Human Interface Guidelines.
UI Design:.
- Ability to Create High Quality, visually appealing, intuitive user interfaces designs for web and mobile
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Ensure designs are pixel-perfect and adhere to brand guidelines.
- Plan and execute end-to-end user experience workflows.
- Optimize usability, accessibility, and functionality.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.
- Knowledge in design systems, libraries, and reusable components.
- Basic understanding of TypeScript/JavaScript (preferred).
- Proven experience in HTML/CSS.
- Good understanding of Micro Interactions and Transition.
- Figma (ability to create interactions and transitions in Figma for prototyping), Adobe Creative Suite.
- Creative thinking with the ability to translate ideas into compelling designs.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to stick to deadlines and work independently.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate designs effectively.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail in design, proofreading, and grammar.
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to align design goals with business
- Ensure seamless hand-off of design specifications to development teams.
- Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into design solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills to enhance user interactions and experiences.
- Experience working in agile environments with iterative design improvements.
- Knowledge of A/B testing and user behavior analysis to refine designs.
- Keep abreast of emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance design outputs.
- Proven experience in delivering creative, user-centered design solutions.
- Strong portfolio showcasing impactful design projects.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
