What You’ll Do on a Typical Day:

• Design and develop high-fidelity, mobile-friendly BI web applications in an Agile environment
• Evaluate application requirements and provide a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy
• Create and maintain digital assets, such as interface design files, wireframes, and interactive mockups
• Design, build, and maintain high-quality and reusable JavaScript, HTML, and CSS code
• Ensure coding using disciplined practices and contribute towards the development/usage of reusable components
• Understand the limitations of our tech stack and business model and provide technical advice wherever necessary
• Taking technical ownership of your deliveries
• Uphold delivery schedules & compliance policies

What We’re Looking For:

• Need go-getters who are energetic, curious, and creative
• 5+ years of relevant work experience require,d with 3+ years as front-end developer, including 2+ years as a UI/UX designer
• Bachelor’s degree where course work could include (either): Computer Science, Information Technology. Candidates with master’s preferred
• A portfolio that demonstrates both JavaScript proficiency and understanding of SOLID design principles (plugins, node packages, etc.).
• Expert knowledge of CSS, CSS extension languages (Less, Sass), and CSS preprocessor tools.
• Expert knowledge of HTML5 and its best practices
• Proficiency in React including testing components using React Testing Library and Jest
• Strong experience in Redux, React-Material-Design, React-Router
• Solid understanding of using external web services/API’s.
• Proficiency in designing interfaces and building clickable prototypes using tools like Figma/MockPlus
• Familiar with code versioning tools like Git
• Familiar with Project Management Tools like Azure DevOps
• Knowledge of Handling Authentication/Authorization, experience of implementing SSO through Okta will be preferred
• Knowledge of CDN, DNS,
• Strong interpersonal skills, listening ability and written presentation skills
• Highly client-focused with the ability to demonstrate attention to detail and focus on quality
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and present/discuss work results in a compelling manner
• Team player, Flexibility/ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent time management skills required – including ability to set priorities and work in a fast paced, multi-project environment
