UI/UX Developer

Roles & Responsibilities: As a UI/UX Developer at Preferable.ai, you will be responsible for creating user-centric designs that drive engagement and improve user experience. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Designing and developing user interfaces for our AI hiring platform - Conducting user research and usability testing to gather insights for continuous improvement - Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs - Collaborating with cross-functional teams including product managers and developers to ensure cohesive design implementation - Translating complex requirements into intuitive user experiences - Maintaining design consistency across all platforms - Staying updated on the latest design trends and technologies Mandatory Requirements: To be successful in this role, candidates must have: - A minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design - Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch - Strong skills in front-end development technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools - A solid portfolio showcasing previous design work and thought processes - Excellent visual design skills including typography, color theory, and layout - Strong understanding of information architecture and user-centered design principles Preferred Skills or Education Requirements: While not mandatory, the following skills and qualifications are preferred: - Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field - Familiarity with responsive and adaptive design methodologies - Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices - Experience with design systems and component libraries - Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret user data - Effective communication skills to clearly articulate design concepts - A passion for creating outstanding user experiences and a drive for continuous learning Salary: - Offering a competitive salary of ₹400,000 annually Location: - This is a full-time role based out of Pune, Maharashtra, India, with the option to work remotely.
