Position: UI/UX Developer

Location: Surat, Gujarat

Requisites:

• Design Tools:

Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar UI/UX design tools.

Familiarity with prototyping tools such as InVision, Zeplin, or Axure.

• Front-End Knowledge:

Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for design feasibility.

Awareness of modern front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue (basic level).

• UX Skills:

Solid grasp of user-centred design, user research, and usability testing methods.

Experience in building wireframes, personas, journey maps, and prototypes.

• Visual & Interaction Design:

Attention to detail in typography, layout, colour, and micro-interactions.

Experience designing for responsive layouts and optimizing for mobile-first experiences.

Responsibilities:

User Interface Design:

•Create high-quality UI designs, layouts, and visual elements for applications and dashboards.

•Develop innovative wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and interactive design assets using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.

•Ensure design consistency with brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive design system.

User Experience Development:

•Translate user needs and business requirements into engaging and intuitive experiences.

•Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs.

•Optimize navigation, workflows, and interactions to improve usability and customer satisfaction.

Front-End Collaboration:

•Work closely with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of UI designs.

•Provide assets, design specifications, and guidance throughout the development cycle.

•Understand HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics to bridge the gap between design and development.

Responsive and Accessible Design:

•Design interfaces that are responsive across devices and screen sizes.

•Optimize performance and user interactions for modern browsers and mobile platforms.
