Job Title: UI Developer & UX Designer

Location: Mangaluru
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative UI Developer and UX Designer to join our product team. You will be responsible for designing intuitive user experiences and implementing responsive, interactive user interfaces that enhance usability and deliver a seamless customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

UX Design:

• Conduct user research, gather requirements, and create user personas
• Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and prototypes
• Design and iterate intuitive UX solutions for web and mobile platforms
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into design iterations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define design problems and propose user-centric solutions

UI Development:

• Convert approved UI/UX designs into responsive web interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript (and frameworks like React/Angular/Vue)
• Maintain and improve frontend components and UI consistency across platforms
• Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and services
• Ensure performance, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards
• Optimize interfaces for maximum speed and scalability

Required Skills & Tools

UX/Design Tools:

• Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
• Miro, InVision, or similar for prototyping and collaboration
• Understanding of WCAG accessibility standards

UI Development:

• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
• Experience with modern frameworks like React.js / Vue.js / Angular
• Familiarity with Tailwind, Bootstrap, or Material UI
• Version control systems like Git/GitHub

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field
• Proven experience (2+ years) in UX design and frontend/UI development
• Portfolio showcasing both design process and development work
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to manage time and work independently or in a cross-functional team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
