Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Developer to design and implement engaging, user-friendly web and mobile interfaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design (UCD), usability, and front-end development. They will work closely with product managers, developers, and designers to create seamless digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Develop responsive, accessible, and visually appealing designs that align with brand identity.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve UI/UX.
• Convert wireframes, mockups, and prototypes into functional front-end code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of UI/UX designs into applications.
• Optimize applications for speed, performance, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Stay updated with UI/UX trends, design tools, and front-end technologies.
• Work with product and marketing teams to enhance user engagement and conversions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, UI/UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX development.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js, etc.).
• Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or other UI/UX design tools.
• Strong understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and integrating UI with backend services.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket).
• Ability to translate complex ideas into intuitive user experiences.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in motion design and micro-interactions using tools like Lottie.
• Knowledge of AI and ML-driven UI enhancements.
• Understanding of SEO principles for UI development.
• Experience in design systems and component libraries.
