About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Web Designer & Developer to transform our software into intuitive, visually compelling, and user-friendly experiences. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product managers and developers to design & develop seamless interfaces that enhance usability and engagement. What we’re looking for:

• A detail-oriented professional who prioritizes scalability in design, advocating for the consistent application of design systems to deliver polished, cohesive user interfaces.
• A seasoned UX/UI Designer who excels in navigating ambiguity, transforming PRDs and initial wireframes into refined, user-friendly design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze user requirements.
• Illustrate design ideas
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and UI mockups.
• Design visually appealing graphic elements and navigation components.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
• Write html/css

Skills & Qualification Criteria

• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer especially in web designing.
• Knowledge of wireframe tools would be a plus
• Proficiency in Figma for creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
• A strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and usability
• Ability to translate business requirements into creative design solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and a user-first mindset.
• Ability to convert designs into HTML/CSS
• Experience in SASS or LESS
