Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Introduction:
We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer with expertise in design to join our growing team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visually stunning, user-friendly, and responsive websites and applications. Your design solutions will ensure an exceptional user experience across all devices while adhering to the brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, Web Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing website / Application designs.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.
• Must have experience of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, dotnet) to effectively collaborate with developers.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, prototyping, and responsive design techniques.
• Familiarity with usability testing tools and methods.
• Solid understanding of website design best practices, SEO, and accessibility.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Degree or relevant certification in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field (preferred).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with animation and motion design (using tools like After Effects or Lottie).
• Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or similar.
• Experience in designing for e-commerce or enterprise websites.
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
