UI/UX Developer

Overview

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Developer to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles, proficiency in front-end development, and the ability to translate business requirements into engaging designs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. UI/UX Design & Development

• Design and develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Implement UI designs using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks like React or Angular.

2. User Experience (UX) Optimization

• Conduct user research and analyze user behavior to improve usability.
• Perform A/B testing and usability testing to refine designs.
• Ensure accessibility compliance and adherence to design best practices.

3. Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Gather and incorporate user feedback into design iterations.
• Maintain design consistency across different platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• UI Design Tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision
• Front-End Technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS
• Frameworks & Libraries: React.js, Angular, Vue.js (preferred but not always required)
• UX Research & Testing: A/B testing, usability testing, user interviews
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities

Educational & Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in UI/UX development (or an impressive portfolio for entry-level candidates).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Experience with motion design and micro-interactions.
• Basic understanding of back-end development (Node.js, APIs) is a plus.

Career Growth Path:

• Junior UI/UX Developer → UI/UX Designer → Senior UI/UX Developer → Lead UI/UX Designer → UX Architect/Product Designer

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
