Job Summary:

We’re looking for a creative and user-focused UX Developer who can craft intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences. You’ll be responsible for understanding user behavior, identifying pain points, and translating insights into effective design strategies and interactive solutions.

This role requires both analytical thinking and front-end development capabilities, along with a strong sense of empathy for users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and understand behavior, expectations, and pain points
• Define UX strategies aligned with user needs and business goals
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Collaborate closely with UI designers and developers to implement designs
• Test and iterate UX flows based on user feedback
• Ensure seamless user experience across devices and platforms
• Stay updated with UX trends and best practices to improve digital product usability

Key Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of user behavior and UX psychology
• Ability to design with empathy and strategy, not just visuals
• Hands-on experience with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (basic to intermediate)
• Familiarity with usability testing tools (Hotjar, Crazy Egg, etc.)
• Problem-solving mindset and sharp attention to detail
• Excellent communication and storytelling ability
• Team collaboration and agile workflow experience

Nice to Have:

• Experience with responsive design and accessibility best practices
• Exposure to design systems and UI libraries
• Knowledge of React.js or frontend frameworks is a plus
