What's this role about?

As a Veeva CRM Developer for Zensar’s Healthcare and Life Sciences practice, you will be working with the team to implement Veeva CRM suite projects for our clients and support new engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with Veeva CRM suite Tech lead for supporting all Veeva CRM suite-related go-to-market activities offshore, cooperating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Liaise with Veeva CRM suite Techn need to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• We are seeking someone enthusiastic about working in an agile and dynamic work environment and ready to demonstrate their leadership and management skills. Prior experience in leading a team is essential.
• Adherence to Veeva architectural guidelines and quality standards.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
It's also important to stay updated with the latest advancements in Veeva CRM suite and related technologies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of expertise in implementing Life Sciences Veeva CRM suite projects.
• Good understanding and practical expertise of implementing and managing Veeva CRM suite / Vault CRM suite configurations for Life Sciences organizations. Should have good knowledge of all the applications of Vault CRM suite - Vault CRM, Vault CRM Approved Email, Vault CRM Events Management, Vault CRM Engage, Vault CRM Align, Veeva Align+, Veeva Network, Veeva Nitro
• Knowledge and practical expertise of integration of Veeva CRM suite with downstream and upstream applications
• Understanding of other Veeva Vault applications in Medical, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality & Safety would be good to have.
• Veeva CRM suite certification - Associate level
• Good knowledge of Veeva Release Management and best practices. Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. Experienced with the global service delivery model in project roll outs.
