Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test strategies for static and dynamic testing of automotive systems.
• Analyse system configurations and customer requirements to design effective test cases and scenarios.
• Design and develop tools and equipment for monitoring and measuring product performance.
• Execute manual and automated tests across various vehicle platforms (e.g., MEB, MQB).
• Maintain detailed documentation of test plans, procedures, and results.
• Present findings to stakeholders and contribute to project decision-making.
• Experience on hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing and real-world testing environments.
  
  

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automotive/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems (Powertrain, ECU, ADAS, Infotainment, etc.).
• Experience in tools like System/Test 42, Satelit GIT, Excel, Confluence, JIRA, DOORS.
• Understanding of software testing lifecycle (STLC), HIL/MIL validation, and defect management.
• Around 5 years of experience in automotive testing, Designing Test Cases, or validation roles.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with test benches, simulation platforms, and diagnostic tools is a plus.
