We are currently seeking a Wealth Management - Business Analyst to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

• Experience 8+ years of business analysis experience, preferably within wealth management environments.
• SQL Strong SQL knowledge is mandatory for data analysis, validation, and requirement support.
• Domain knowledge Mid to expert level understanding of wealth management business processes, products, platforms, and client/advisor workflows
• Stakeholder management Proven experience managing communication with senior business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• BA capability Strong experience in requirement gathering, documentation, user stories, process mapping, gap analysis, and UAT support
• Agile delivery Hands-on involvement in Agile ways of working, including story point estimation and sprint planning
• Problem solving Ability to demonstrate structured problem-solving with clear examples from past projects
• Technical awareness-Ability to demonstrate technical understanding with examples from projects, especially around systems, data, integrations, and reporting flows.
