Web Developer - React JS

Overview

As a Senior React.js Developer, you will play a crucial role in the development and enhancement of our web applications. You will be responsible for creating clean, efficient, and maintainable code to deliver high-quality user experiences. Your expertise in React.js and related technologies will be instrumental in driving our products to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing new user-facing features using React.js
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
• Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
• Conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to other team members
• Monitoring and improving front-end performance
• Working closely with the design team to implement UI/UX designs
• Staying up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies and best practices
• Collaborating with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability
• Participating in the full software development lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Proven experience as a React.js Developer or similar role
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Experience with popular React.js state management libraries such as Redux
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, and NPM
• Ability to write efficient, secure, and clean JavaScript code
• Experience with responsive design and CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in an agile development environment
• Understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that applications will adhere to them
