We are looking for a talented individual who can seamlessly blend the skills of Web Development and SharePoint expertise to join our dynamic team. As our business is growing, we want to take our web page as well as our intranet to the next level – and continuously develop and maintain these two crucial portals.

What will you do?

Full-Stack Web and SharePoint Developer

We are seeking a versatile Web and SharePoint Developer who will be responsible for the selection of technology for our new web and Intranet portals, building, developing, maintaining, and optimizing our web applications, as well as supporting in publishing content that attracts all our audiences. This unique role blends web development expertise with a creative approach and strong communication skills. You will become part of the dynamic Communications team, working on both global and local initiatives.

Web Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern back-end technologies (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Node.js, PHP, Python).
• Manage our current WordPress website, being responsible for the transition to the new portal.
• Collaborate with our communications team to create responsive and user-friendly new website.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across various browsers and devices.
• Monitor website analytics to identify areas for improvement and track SEO performance.

SharePoint Development:

• Develop and migrate SharePoint intranet site.
• Customize SharePoint solutions to meet business needs.
• Implement governance systems and compliance management within SharePoint.
• Create automated workflows using Power Automate.
• Manage data security and access within SharePoint, including setting permissions and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
• Provide training and support for SharePoint users.

Experience, Education and Other Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Adobe Experience Manager).

• Knowledge of SEO best practices such as keyword optimization, metadata, image alt text, and structured content to maximize visibility and performance.

• Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).

• Proven experience as a full-stack web developer with a strong portfolio of web projects and development.

• Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end technologies (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Node.js, PHP, Python).

• Strong understanding of responsive design and web development best practices.

• Experience with SharePoint development and administration.

• Knowledge of WordPress, SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server.

• Experience with SharePoint Designer, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
