We’re looking for a Website Developer to build and manage high-performing, user-friendly websites that inspire students and convert leads into future scholars.

What You’ll Do

Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and landing pages

Collaborate with marketing and student advisory teams to bring campaigns to life

Ensure fast load times, smooth navigation, and excellent mobile UX

Integrate CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and lead generation forms

Implement SEO best practices and optimize for performance

Track website performance with Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools

Troubleshoot bugs, broken links, and user experience issues

Stay updated on trends in student recruitment and digital tech

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience in front-end web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

Proficient with WordPress or similar CMS platforms

Understanding of SEO, UX/UI principles, and responsive design

Familiar with analytics and performance tools (Google Analytics, GTmetrix, etc.)

Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and juggle multiple projects

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

Experience in the international education or student recruitment space

Basic knowledge of PHP, Node.js, or back-end integrations

Comfort with design tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe XD

Experience using marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Tag Manager)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
