Job Brief

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Web Developer with strong expertise in WordPress to design, develop, and maintain our websites. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with SEO tools, plugins, and performance optimization strategies. You will work closely with our content, SEO, and design teams to ensure our website remains fast, functional, and SEO-friendly.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive WordPress websites using themes and page builders like Elementor or WPBakery.
• Customize WordPress themes and plugins based on project requirements.
• Ensure website performance, speed optimization, and mobile responsiveness.
• Implement on-page SEO strategies and integrate SEO plugins such as Yoast, Rank Math, or All in One SEO.
• Conduct regular website audits and updates to improve site speed, structure, and user experience.
• Troubleshoot website issues and ensure security best practices are in place.
• Work with the content and SEO teams to implement structured data, meta tags, internal linking, and keyword placement.
• Monitor Google Search Console and other SEO tools for errors, indexing issues, and performance insights.
• Maintain backups and handle regular WordPress updates and plugin integrations.
• Stay updated with the latest web development trends, tools, and SEO practices.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in WordPress development and management.
• Strong knowledge of WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Familiarity with SEO tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and website analytics platforms.
• Experience with WordPress security, performance optimization, and third-party plugin integration.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently and independently.
• Basic knowledge of cPanel, FTP, and web hosting environments.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and time management.
• Team player with good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹10,263.45 - ₹50,237.47 per month
