About the Role:

We’re looking for a Web Developer who is skilled in both front-end and back-end development, with a strong focus on building websites and integrating AI solutions. You’ll be working with creative teams, marketers, and clients to bring projects to life quickly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Development:

• Build, maintain, and optimize responsive websites using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and ReactJS for the front-end.
• Develop the back-end using Core PHP, and have familiarity with CodeIgniter, WordPress, NodeJS, and MySQL.

SEO:

• Implement On-page SEO strategies (must-have).
• Familiar with Off-page SEO best practices.
• Ensure your websites are optimized for search engines to boost visibility.

AI & Automation:

• Keen interest and exposure to AI
• Create chatbots and other AI-related tools.
• Develop AI related automation features using Python and JavaScript.
• Work with APIs to integrate within system functionalities. (Must be knowledgeable about how APIs work.)

Analytics & Reporting:

• Set up and integrate Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager on websites.
• Familiar with Google Search Console to track and improve website performance.

Collaboration with Teams:

• Work with design, strategy, and media teams to align development with marketing goals.
• Ensure the seamless integration of visual and interactive elements in campaigns.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of hands-on experience in web development.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and ReactJS for front-end.
• Solid experience in Core PHP and MySQL, and familiarity with CodeIgniter, WordPress, NodeJS for back-end.
• Experience with On-page SEO (must) and basic understanding of Off-page SEO.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console (must know how to integrate Analytics code).
• Experience with creating AI bots, and automation using Python and JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of working with APIs.
• Bonus: Knowledge of digital media, ad tech ecosystems, Email Marketing
