About the job:

We are looking for a highly skilled Squarespace Web Designer & Digital Marketing Executive who can manage, optimize, and scale our websites.
Our websites are built on Squarespace, so strong hands-on experience with this platform is mandatory.
You will be responsible for improving design, performance, SEO, and running digital marketing campaigns to generate leads in the U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities:
-Design, update, and maintain Squarespace websites
-Customize layouts, pages, and styles within Squarespace
-Improve UI/UX and mobile responsiveness
-Perform SEO optimization within Squarespace (meta tags, keywords, page structure)
-Create and optimize landing pages in Squarespace
-Integrate forms, lead capture tools, and tracking pixels
-Optimize website speed and performance
-Run and manage Google Ads & Facebook/Instagram Ads
-Track performance using Google Analytics and other tools

Skills Required:
-Strong hands-on experience with Squarespace (MANDATORY)
-Understanding of Squarespace templates, customization, and limitations
-Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (for minor customizations)
-SEO knowledge (especially within Squarespace environment)
-Experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads
-Familiarity with integrations (ZOHO CRM, tracking tools)
- Good English communication skills

4. -Strong understanding of lead generation funnels
5. -Candidates with MBA/BBA in Marketing are a plus
6. -Experience improving conversion rates on Squarespace sites
