About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Web Developer with a strong background in the MERN Stack to join our team in Dehradun. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Booking Management Systems (BMS) and be passionate about building responsive, secure, and user-friendly websites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop modern, responsive websites optimized for all devices and browsers
• Build and maintain Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Booking Management Systems (BMS)
• Develop clear, maintainable code using the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
• Create and implement website sitemaps and content architecture
• Integrate and manage content using website CMS platforms
• Troubleshoot, test, and maintain websites for optimal functionality and performance
• Ensure strong security practices and website accessibility standards
• Regularly update and maintain existing websites
• Collaborate with designers and other developers to bring projects to completion

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on web development experience
• Proficiency in MERN Stack development
• Strong understanding of LMS and BMS platforms
• Experience in responsive and cross-browser compatible design
• Familiarity with website security and data protection best practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
