Web Developer/Designer

Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for delivering the best online user experience, which makes your role extremely important for our success and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather and evaluate user requirements

Create design concepts and wire-frames using HTML, CSS, Tailwind-CSS and JavaScript

Develop interactive prototypes and mock ups to showcase website functionality and design aesthetics

Design and implement graphic user interface elements such as menus, tabs, and widgets using HTML and CSS

Build responsive page layouts and navigation systems

Troubleshoot and resolve UX issues, ensuring optimal responsiveness and user interaction

Present design concepts and prototypes to internal teams and stakeholders for feedback and approval

Incorporate user feedback and iterate on designs to enhance usability and user satisfaction

Adhere to established style standards for fonts, colors, and images

Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in UI/UX design, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and propose innovative solutions for ongoing projects

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong focus on HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Portfolio showcasing design projects with demonstrable HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills

Proficiency in wireframing tools such as Wireframe.cc and InVision

Expertise in design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a relevant field

Additional Preferred Skills:

Experience with HTML/CSS and JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g., Tailwind-Css, Bootstrap, React, Vue.js)

Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments

Familiarity with interaction design principles and information architecture

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
