Web Developer (Frontend / Full-Stack)

Overview

We are looking for a Web Developer with 3+ years of experience to design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications.

You will work closely with design, backend, and product teams to build user-friendly interfaces, optimize performance, and deliver scalable solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys clean code, modern frameworks, and creating seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications
• Translate UI/UX designs into functional web interfaces
• Write clean, scalable, and reusable code
• Integrate frontend with backend APIs
• Optimize applications for speed, performance, and SEO
• Troubleshoot bugs and enhance features
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
• Participate in code reviews and Agile development processes
• Maintain documentation and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications- Core Skills

• 3+ years of professional web development experience
• Strong HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience with modern frameworks (React / Angular / Vue)
• REST API integration
• Responsive and mobile-first design principles
• Git/version control

Backend (if Full-Stack)—Experience with one or more:

• Node.js
• Java/Spring Boot
• PHP/Laravel
• Python/Django/Flask

Databases

• MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB

Nice to Have

• TypeScript
• State management (Redux, Context, etc.)
• CI/CD tools
• Docker
• Cloud platforms like Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud
• Basic knowledge of SEO & accessibility standards
