We’re seeking a talented Web Developer to join our Kochi team and build stunning, responsive, SEO-optimized WordPress websites.

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Web Developer with hands-on experience in WordPress development. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with themes, plugins, custom post types, and have a good understanding of front-end and back-end development. Experience with PHP is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain WordPress websites based on design mockups and client briefs.
• Customize themes, plugins, and integrate third-party tools.
• Ensure website responsiveness, speed optimization, and SEO best practices.
• Collaborate with designers, SEO specialists, and content teams to deliver completed projects.
• Troubleshoot website issues and provide technical support.
• Handle website migrations, backups, and basic server-related tasks.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in WordPress website development (portfolio required).
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design.
• Experience with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of PHP (ability to make customizations or debug).
• Familiarity with SEO principles related to website structure and performance.
• Ability to work independently and follow project requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with WooCommerce, API integrations, and cPanel/hosting environments.
• Basic knowledge of version control (Git).
• Experience with site speed optimization tools (e.g., WP Rocket, LiteSpeed Cache).
