About the internship:

As a web development and data analyst intern at Saajha, you will have the exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies such as MERN stack, BigQuery, SQL, and Power BI. You will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the development and analysis of our web applications and data-driven insights.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Collaborate with our development team to design and implement new features for our web applications using the MERN stack.
2. Utilize BigQuery and SQL to extract, transform, and load data for analysis.
3. Develop and maintain data visualization dashboards using Power BI to provide insights to stakeholders.
4. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with our web applications.
5. Conduct data analysis to identify trends and patterns that can inform business decisions.
6. Support the maintenance and optimization of our databases and data infrastructure.
7. Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our products and services.

About Company:

Saajha is working with government schools focusing on parental partnerships by enhancing the leadership capacity of parents and school management committees (SMCs) - a mandatory body in school, consisting of parents, teachers, principals, and community members. We are currently operating in 1,300 schools in Delhi, Karnataka, and Jharkhand and 100 schools around Hubli, Karnataka alone. We have recently commenced operations in Haryana and Maharashtra.

Saajha has a two-fold vision that aims to improve learning outcomes for children in school: build leadership in school and communities to impact student learning outcomes in public schools and facilitate peer learning among SMCs by the formation of a peer engagement network.
