About the job:

We are looking for a technically skilled Webinar & Live Streaming Engineer to manage end-to-end execution of live events, webinars, and institutional broadcasts across multiple locations. You will be responsible for setting up, streaming, and managing Zoom live sessions on Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn, ensuring seamless and professional delivery for every event.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Set up and manage live streams on Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn Live, including stream keys, RTMP settings, and backend integrations
2. Create and manage live event links before each session and monitor stream health and bitrate in real time
3. Set up and manage Zoom meetings and webinars, including licensing, registration, and panelist coordination
4. Integrate Zoom, MS Teams, or Webex with YouTube and Facebook for simultaneous multi-platform streaming
5. Manage Q&A sessions, polls, breakout rooms, and attendee controls during webinars
6. Conduct mandatory dry runs before every event and coordinate with speakers, moderators, and internal teams on technical requirements
7. Record live sessions and deliver edited video files after the event
8. Prepare post-event reports covering view count, engagement metrics, peak viewers, and audience insights
9. Perform basic video editing tasks such as trimming, branding, and captioning
10. Moderate live comments and audience interactions across Facebook and YouTube during sessions
11. Coordinate with internal teams, speakers, and technical crew to ensure smooth event execution

2. 1. 2–4 years of experience in live streaming, broadcast production, or webinar management
3. 2. Strong hands-on experience with Zoom, MS Teams, or Webex Webinar platforms
4. 3. Good understanding of Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn Live platforms
5. 4. Proficiency in OBS Studio, vMix, Streamyard, Wirecast, or similar streaming software
6. 5. Working knowledge of RTMP/RTSP protocols, stream encoders, and CDN basics
7. 6. Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
8. 7. Ability to analyze engagement data using YouTube Studio and Facebook Insights
9. 8. Willingness to travel across India as required

11. 1. Experience handling large-scale institutional or corporate events
12. 2. Familiarity with AV hardware such as cameras, mixers, capture cards, and green room setups
13. 3. Knowledge of social media channel management and content scheduling
