Position: Windows Server Network Administrator

Location: Noida

Requisites:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Windows Server administration.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPO.
• Experience with virtualization technologies (Hyper-V, VMware).
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls).
• Knowledge of backup and recovery tools.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Certifications (optional but a plus):

• Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
• MCSA / MCSE
• CompTIA Network+ / Security+
• ITIL Foundation

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments (2012/2016/2019/2022).
• Administer Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPO), DNS, DHCP, and file/print services.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network infrastructure and server performance.
• Ensure system security by implementing patches, updates, antivirus policies, and firewall configurations.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in AD.
• Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery testing.
• Maintain documentation for server configurations, changes, and procedures.
• Support virtualization environments (e.g., Hyper-V, VMware).
• Collaborate with IT teams to resolve technical issues and implement infrastructure upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and industry best practices.
