Windows System Administrator

Overview

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments.
• Manage and support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability.
• Perform regular system updates, patching, and backups.
• Administer Microsoft Exchange/Office 365 and other Windows-based applications.
• Configure and manage virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
• Implement and maintain system security using firewalls, antivirus, and security patches.
• Provide technical support and guidance to users and IT staff.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing.
• Document system configurations, changes, and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows Server operating systems and tools.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell scripting.
• Familiarity with IT security practices and compliance standards.
• Experience with monitoring tools, backup solutions, and endpoint management.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
