Key Responsibilities::

Website Development & Maintenance:
Design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites using custom themes, plugins, and optimized code.

Design Collaboration:
Work closely with UI/UX and design teams to implement responsive and visually appealing layouts.

Performance Optimization:
Enhance website speed, responsiveness, and overall performance using best practices in front-end and back-end optimization.

Security & Updates:
Ensure website security by performing regular software updates and implementing secure coding practices.

Troubleshooting & Debugging:
Identify, debug, and resolve website issues efficiently to minimize downtime and ensure smooth user experience.

Documentation:
Create and maintain detailed documentation for website configurations, development processes, and updates.

Technology Trends:
Stay informed about the latest WordPress features, development tools, and web technologies to keep solutions modern and scalable.

Qualifications & Skills::

Education:
MCA, Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology.

Experience:
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in WordPress development, including custom theme and plugin development.

Technical Skills:
Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL. Strong understanding of the WordPress ecosystem and development tools.

Plugin & Theme Management:
Experience building, customizing, and troubleshooting WordPress themes and plugins.

Optimization & Best Practices:
Knowledge of SEO principles, caching techniques, and responsive design for mobile-friendly development.

Security Awareness:
Familiarity with website security standards, SSL, malware prevention, and secure coding practices.

Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong attention to detail, and effective communication skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
