Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Business Analyst (HRIS Analyst) with strong hands-on experience in end-to-end Workday implementations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in key Workday modules, a solid understanding of HR processes, and the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support end-to-end Workday implementations, including requirement gathering, process design, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document business processes and requirements across multiple Workday modules.
• Configure and maintain Workday HCM, Core Compensation, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, and Reporting functionalities.
• Analyze and optimize HRIS processes to ensure system efficiency and data integrity.
• Develop custom reports and dashboards to meet business needs.
• Assist with post-implementation support, change management, and continuous improvement.
• Support security configuration, user access controls, and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
• Coordinate with technical teams on integrations and data migration tasks.
  
  
  

Required Experience & Skills:

• 2-3 years of hands-on proven experience with full project lifecycle of Workday implementations.
• Hands-on expertise in:
• Must-have Modules: HCM, Core Compensation, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Reports
• Preferred Modules: Advanced Compensation, LMS, Absence, Integrations, Time Tracking, Security Roles
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Workday certification in any relevant modules is a plus.
• Experience in global HRIS projects or enterprise-scale implementations is desirable.
