As we continue our exciting journey of transforming the digital payments space, we are looking for a highly skilled Senior Developer (C++) to join our collaborative and high-performing team. You will play a critical role in developing scalable, reliable software solutions in the Payments Domain as part of a cross-functional Agile team.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality software solutions aligned with sprint goals and coding standards
• Present potentially shippable product increments in sprint review meetings
• Collaborate with Product Owners to clarify requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Own and manage the team's sprint backlog and commit to delivery timelines
• Ensure early commitment of larger changes to reduce integration conflicts
• Drive adherence to the Definition of Done (DoD)
• Organize and manage personal tasks using Agile's pull principle
• Lead knowledge sharing initiatives and support continuous improvement within the team
• Facilitate and participate in daily stand-ups and backlog refinement sessions
• Monitor and update Jira tasks, including remaining time and field accuracy
• Communicate the impact of changes effectively to relevant stakeholders
• Follow structured development processes while embracing innovation
  
  

Skills And Qualifications Required

• 9 to 14 years of strong experience in C++ programming
• Expertise in OOP concepts: Inheritance, Polymorphism, Templates, Exception Handling, etc.
• Solid understanding of design patterns (Singleton, Visitor, Decorator)
• Proficient in STL, Boost, and string operations
• Strong knowledge of data structures: Arrays, Lists, Vectors, Maps, Stacks, Queues
• Hands-on experience with multithreading, pointers, typecasting, and references
• Working knowledge of Database DDL/DML, indexing, cursors, and stored procedures
• Experience with Shell scripting, Unix commands, Makefiles, and GDB
• Familiarity with XML, XSD, XPath, and Perl scripting
• Exposure to Continuous Integration (CI) tools
• Agile/Scrum certification is a plus
• Domain expertise in Payments is highly desirable
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
• A proactive, ownership-driven, and collaborative mindset.
