Job Summary

YesMadam is hiring a Sr. Java Backend Developer with 4+ years of experience to build and maintain scalable, high-performance backend applications. The ideal candidate should be skilled in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and MySQL/PostgreSQL, with a strong problem-solving mindset and a passion for backend development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain Java-based backend applications.
• Having strong knowledge on HLD or LLD and microservices.
• Design and implement scalable, efficient, and secure backend services.
• Work with Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs for API development.
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply bug fixes.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, and cross-functional teams.
• Follow best coding practices, design patterns, and participate in code reviews.
  
  

Required Skills

• 4+ years of Java backend development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Core Java, OOPs, and Data Structures.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Hibernate, and REST APIs.
• Proficiency in SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Experience with microservices architecture and API integrations.
• Familiarity with Git for version control.
  
  

Nice To Have

• Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, caching mechanisms, and security best practices.
