About the job:
We are looking for a proactive 'IT Support Engineer' to manage day-to-day system support and provide functional and technical assistance for Zoho CRM to internal operational teams. The role involves troubleshooting hardware/software issues, maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring smooth CRM usage across business functions.Key Responsibilities:
A. Zoho CRM Support:
1. Provide daily support to users on Zoho CRM issues and queries
2. Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, and data access
3. Create and maintain workflows, reports, dashboards, and automation
4. Troubleshoot CRM-related issues and escalate when required
5. Ensure data accuracy, data imports, and data hygiene
6. Train operational teams on CRM usage and best practices
7. Work closely with business teams to understand requirements and suggest improvements
B. System & IT Infrastructure Support:
1. Manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions
2. Monitor system performance and ensure uptime and reliability
3. Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and support
4. Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
5. Create user guides and documentation
C. Security & Compliance:
1. Ensure systems are updated with latest patches and antivirus
2. Support basic IT security practices (access control, backups, etc.)
3. Assist in maintaining data security within CRM and systems

- 1. Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or related field
- 2. Experience in IT support and CRM support (preferably Zoho CRM)
- 3. Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking basics, and hardware -troubleshooting
- 4. Experience with Zoho CRM (workflows, reports, automation)
- 5. Basic understanding of APIs/integrations is a plus
- 6. Good problem-solving and communication skills
- 7. Experience with Zoho ecosystem (Zoho Desk, Zoho Books, etc.)
- 8. Knowledge of scripting (Deluge) for Zoho customization
- 9. Experience in managing SaaS tools and cloud environments
