Must Haves
- Min 4+ years of experience in Developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline business operations.
- Experience in documenting data governance policy and SOP and act as SME on policy and governance.
- Experience in creating process flow, workflows, flow chart, etc
- Ability to lead data governance initiatives, ensuring data quality and compliance with relevant regulations
- Good communication skills

- Certifications in Business Analysis or Data Governance.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline business operations.
- Experience in documenting policy and SOP and act as SME on policy and governance.
- Identify the need, objective and scope of the policy by liaising with relevant stakeholders such as subject matter experts and the Governance, Compliance and Legal team as needed.
- Review to see if there are existing documents within Whole of Government or the Portfolio and consider opportunities for consolidation instead of creating a new policy; and if a need is identified, prepare a brief to the senior staff member who will support the policy development (the Sponsor) to obtain approval to draft.
- Draft policy document based on key principles or processes; and submit draft document to Sponsor for review and approval prior to consultation.
- Lead data governance initiatives, ensuring data quality and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Conduct regular reviews of implemented solutions to ensure they meet the intended objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional requirements.
- Train team members on the use of SharePoint and other business tools to enhance productivity.
- Participate in the development of business strategies and plans.
- Document all business requirements and processes for future reference.
- Participate in the selection and implementation of new business tools and systems.
- Participating in the designing and implementation of solutions or change interventions
- Participating in change management activities which can include tasks such as timeline planning to stakeholder engagement
- Collaborating in change interventions such as training and communication
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of business processes and systems.
- Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth transition during the implementation of new systems or processes.
- Ensure all business operations comply with industry standards and regulations.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on the status of business projects and initiatives
