Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Your future duties and responsibilities

We are seeking experienced professionals with a solutioning mindset to join our team as Partners specializing in Agentic AI. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing Agentic AI systems, strong technical expertise in code vibing, and deep knowledge of advanced protocols such as MPC (Multi-Party Computation) and AtoA (Agent-to-Agent) Protocol. This role requires strategic thinking, technical leadership, and the ability to design and deliver innovative AI-driven solutions for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design & Architecture: Lead the design and implementation of Agentic AI frameworks for enterprise-scale solutions. Develop and optimize Agent-to-Agent communication protocols (AtoA) for seamless interoperability.
• Technical Leadership: Drive technical discussions on MPC and secure computation strategies. Mentor teams on code vibing practices for AI agent orchestration and integration.
• Innovation & Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to define AI-driven business strategies. Identify opportunities for leveraging Agentic AI in complex workflows.
• Delivery Excellence: Ensure successful deployment of AI solutions with high scalability and security. Oversee performance tuning and continuous improvement of agentic systems.
  
  

Must Have Skills:

Strong programming skills in Python (mandatory)

Hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI concepts

Experience with frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar

Strong understanding of prompt engineering and agent design patterns

Experience in building RAG pipelines (vector databases, embeddings)

Knowledge of REST APIs and system integrations

Familiarity with databases (SQL / NoSQL)

Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Strong problem-solving and system design skills

Good to Have Skills:

Experience with multi-agent systems and autonomous workflows

Exposure to tools like OpenAI APIs, Azure OpenAI, or Hugging Face

Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, etc.)

Knowledge of MLOps / LLMOps practices (monitoring, evaluation, versioning)

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and scalable deployments

Familiarity with real-time streaming and event-driven architectures

Experience in building chatbots or conversational AI systems

Understanding of AI safety, guardrails, and responsible AI practices

Exposure to fine-tuning or model customization
