Non-Negotiables for the Role

● Complex, hands-on RAG architecture implementation

● Multi-agent architecture (end-to-end, not just chatbot-level)

● Agentic frameworks — LangGraph, A2A, ADK

● MCP exposure (preferred, not hard blocker)

● ML fundamentals (core components of GenAI solutions)

● Strong Python coding

● End-to-end project delivery experience (one full project, start to finish)
Cloud & Experience Flexibility

● Azure preferred, but AWS acceptable if candidate is strong across other areas
○ Willing to let candidate learn Azure on the job

● GitHub Copilot listed in JD — relevant but not a hard requirement

● Allstate team (building multi-agent architectures for investment business groups ●
Groups include: public asset, private asset, multi-asset

● Agents will connect to vendor MCPs, fetch data, answer user queries, handle reporting
