• Skills: Agile Coaching, Product Management, Organizational Design, Value Stream Mapping, Azure DevOps, Miro/Mural, Agile frameworks, product lifecycle, stakeholder communication, executive coaching

Role Overview: The Agile Coach will drive Kimberly-Clark’s digital product transformation across business and IT units by embedding Agile principles and practices. This role focuses on coaching leadership and delivery teams, guiding Agile maturity, managing product transformation journeys, and shaping product team structures.

Qualifications:

• 14+ years in IT; 5+ years in Agile coaching for delivery teams
• 3+ years coaching Digital Product Managers in business and IT
• Deep experience with Agile Product Delivery and org-wide transformation
• Expertise in Value Stream Mapping, Org Design Principles, Team Topologies
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and Miro or Mural
• Experience delivering agile training and leading product maturity assessments
• Strong facilitation, presentation, stakeholder engagement, and leadership coaching skills
• Product Management and Agile certifications required

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead digital product portfolio migration to product-centric models
• Facilitate org structure design and OKR workshops
• Coach Product Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters
• Run Agile events such as PI Planning, QBRs, and Steerco
• Assess maturity, create improvement plans, and recommend tools
• Develop training materials and facilitate learning sessions
• Partner with leadership for communication strategies and transformation tracking
• Guide product value measurement with outcome-based metrics
• Enable CoE activities and executive engagement on Agile maturity

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹1,366.00 per hour
