Regular cadence with PMs and teams (offshore & onsite) Ensure Half Yearly Performance Appraisals, moderation Promotions for the right talent and address escalations Review the top talent or any other bonus Nominate for all R&R to keep the high performers motivated Retention of top talent Focus on upskilling and train the teams align to plans Delivery Track overall delivery, risk / issues on regular basis and ensure 100% SLA compliance across engagements Drive Governance calls with client stakeholders Drive productivity improvements, Engineering excellence, automation (including Devops, test automation) across engagements, and show case these efficiencies to Client stakeholders Ensuring best practices followed across engagements Drive engagement conversion to managed services Participate in internal reviews for critical programs Work closely with offering teams and tech sales and account teams on delivery-on-delivery lead sales, Financials Weekly SBL updates / forecast for the engagements Review unbilled revenues Review shadow costs Closely track releases < 12 months (deployable charge back)Operations Review onboardings / offboardings Review DTA, IC certifications Review MPSA / RAS / Trainings / Secure SDLC / DMI Participate in demand management calls (TAG/RM) Participate in process audits (TPISA) Client Address delivery escalations on priority Ensure timely submission of task orders, milestones and burn Pro-active messaging on 360-degree feedback and making sure score is green Track actions on low 360-feedback scores Track action items out of monthly governance meetings Participate Vendor management team calls on need basis & help track action items Review the monthly deck for completeness Review and share monthly reports (MIS / resource data) for vendor management team Ensure timely renewals, amendments of contracts and DRP process compliance Track agreed savings and other contractual clauses Proposals Participate in proposal for new opportunities Involve relevant stakeholders for proposals Leadership Meetings Participate Delivery management Calls Participate in weekly calls with CSM with prompt updates
