Role:

A seasoned Agile Coach with extensive experience in Agile transformation and scaled global implementation. The ideal candidate will mentor and support Agile teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leadership in adopting and scaling Agile practices across portfolios.



Key Responsibilities:



- Lead Agile transformation initiatives within the manufacturing domain.



- Coach and mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile teams.



- Facilitate workshops on Agile principles, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and other frameworks.



- Guide leadership and stakeholders on Agile best practices, mindset, and organizational change.



- Establish Agile metrics and dashboards to monitor progress and improvement areas.



- Conduct maturity assessments and develop actionable roadmaps for continuous improvement.



- Help remove organizational impediments and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.



- Support adoption of tools such as Jira, Confluence, and other Agile management platforms.



- Align Agile delivery with regulatory and compliance needs specific to manufacturing



Qualifications:



- 15+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5 years in an Agile Coach role.



- Proven experience in coaching Agile teams in the manufacturing sector.



- Expertise in Scrum, Kanban, SAFe (Certified SAFe Program Consultant preferred).



- Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and mentoring skills.



- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.



- Hands-on experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps).



- Experience driving Agile maturity assessments and transformation roadmaps
